Spaghetti with Black Truffles


Boil a pan with extra
virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, finely chop parsley and an
anchovy fillet (if you like); heat slowly until the garlic is golden.
Turn off the heat, remove the garlic and let the oil cool. Add the
truffles already ground (with a small grater or mortar) and mix with
salt and black pepper. The sauce created must be poured on hot
spaghetti.
